Can I join If I live outside the US ?
Anyone may sign-up to our program as long as they are over the age of 18. This program is fully international. As long as your country's laws and regulations permit it, you can join. However, you have to select the right option according to your country when sign-up.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household but each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I cancel my account?
Enter your member ID and password on the "http://www.matrixreward.com/?p=enter" page and choose "Unsubscribe" from the action menu.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows MatrixReward to send you email messages and advertisements. You can not cancel receiving email ads from MatrixReward without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your member ID and password on the main page and choose "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Profile" link. You will be able to edit your details except your name and member ID.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment anytime! There is no minimum payment limit.
How can I request payment?
Press the "Redeem" button and enter your id for your preferred payment method.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue a payment to you on 8-10, 18-20 or 28-30 of each month.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via Paypal/Alertpay or bank wire. You must verify your account in order to be able to request your earnings via bank wire.
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to MatrixReward on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

Your personal referral link can be found on your referrals page ("links" button on the left side of the members page).

What is the main difference between your matrix and others on the web ?
First of all we are not a matrix oriented site. Our main purpose is "sign-up offers". This gives you two basic advantages. One is that we are here to stay and the other is that you have many plus earning options with our paid to sign-up offers and referral earnings. Also, most members will prefer to join the matrix program with their earnings coming from the sign-up offers and this will increase the success of the program. Unlike other matrix programs, this reduces the chance of losing money.
How many people do I have to refer to be eligible to receive payment ?
There is no need to refer any number of people to be eligible for payment. There is no need to finish any leg or any phase either. If there is someone below you, you get one person's earnings. If there are ten people below, you receive ten people's earnings. However, you earn more if you refer personal referrals
I referred one of my friends to the matrix but this earning is not seen in my account. Why?
It takes about 24-48 hours to reflect this earning to your account.
